This has assisted several fortunate users in resolving the same issue. \
**For malfunctioning iWork Apps, disable iCloud synchronization.** Turn off the Wi-Fi calling option if the [blue](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/81952/why-is-blue-ammonia-being-traded-between-countries) [screen](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/1382/print-something-that-is-not-shown-on-the-screen-using-wpf) problem occurs while attempting to utilize iWork apps and the phone reboots. This method has been offered as a working solution by some people who have had the same problem on their iPhones. However, this is only a band-aid solution. \
**At a time, only use one app.** All apps that aren't in use should be closed. \
**Disable or uninstall any applications that aren't working properly**. Try disabling or uninstalling the app if the blue screen shows after downloading, installing, or using it. Otherwise, instead of updating the defective apps, you should update them. \
**Update the iOS firmware on your iPhone**. Others advise that you update your iPhone's iOS to the most recent version. If Apple recognizes a software bug, it will usually be resolved with a new software update that includes a remedy patch.
