This fix has helped a lot of iPhone users who have had the same problem. you should try this one and see what happens. Here's how you do it: \

1. Go to the **Settings menu.**
2. **Select iCloud** from the menu.
3. Choose an **iCloud account.**
4. Enter your **iCloud or [Apple](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/86701/story-of-foxconn-a-key-manufacturer-of-apple-products-iphones) ID password** if asked.
5. If the Apple ID [verification](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/1356/what-is-verification-and-validation) question appears after successfully logging into your iCloud account, **sign out of your iCloud account and sign back in.**
