**To reset an [Android](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/94387/is-there-any-recovery-software-for-the-android-phone) device's network settings**

1. On your Android device, **open the Settings app.**
2. Depending on the device you have, scroll to and hit '**General management' or 'System.'**
3. Either 'Reset' or '**Reset choices**' should be tapped.
4. **Select 'Reset network settings** from the drop-down menu.

**network location** **Select Network & Internet** from the **Start menu > Settings.** Select Status from the left navigation pane to ensure you're looking at the network status panel. Then go to the bottom of the page until you find the Network Reset option. Review the **Network Reset** information message after clicking the Network Reset link.
