## Steps to follow are:

1. Hold down either **the volume** or **side buttons** until the power off slider displays.
2. The **side button is on the right side** of the device, while the **volume button is on the left.**
3. Wait 30 seconds after dragging the slider for your smartphone to switch off. **Force [restart](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/51475/why-does-my-iphone-se-keep-restarting-by-itself-and-how-to-fix-it) your device if it is frozen or unresponsive.**
4. To reactivate your device, **press and hold the side button** (located on the right side of your iPhone) until the Apple logo appears. now your iPhone is restart
