## Answers

### Answer by Hitesh Vohra

Although most computer users understand the importance of essential PC components such as **RAM** and **hard drive,** other components such as **graphics** and **sound cards**, network adapters, and central processing units are equally critical to a PC's operation. This information is required for troubleshooting or upgrading your computer, as well as when downloading drivers. Business owners should keep their computer equipment up to date for optimal performance; to assess whether or not to upgrade a workstation, look at the PC's setup in Windows. 1 After clicking the **Start button, type 'system'** into the search field. Under Programs, **select 'System Information**.' \
2 Select **'System Summary'** to obtain information on the computer's operating system, processor, basic input/output system, and RAM. \
3 Select **'Components' and double-click it**. To examine the name, manufacturer, driver location, and other details for a hardware device, choose it from the list.
