Make a **[backup](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50374/how-to-fix-an-apple-iphone-6s-that-won-t-backup-to-icloud)** of your email. by following these steps:

1. **Select File > Open & Export > Import/Export** from the File menu.
2. **Select Next after selecting Export** to a file.
3. **Select Next after selecting Outlook** Data File (.pst).
4. **Select Next** after selecting the mail folder you wish to back up.
5. **Select Finish** after selecting a location and a name for your backup file.
