**Long it take to fully charge a [MackBook](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/49884/is-it-possible-to-use-external-webcam-with-macbook-pro) Pro with Retina Display:**

- According to the Apple website, if the battery is at roughly 50% charge, it should take about 1 hour to reach 80% charge, with another 2 hours for trickle charging to reach full charge. It will take 2 hours to fully charge the battery if you charge it at 80% capacity.
- You should get 10 to 17 hours of battery life depending on whether you get an Intel model or the newer M1 13-inch MacBook Pro.
