- Make sure you're not in **airplane mode**: Select Start, then **Settings** > **Network & Internet** > **Airplane mode** from the drop-down menu. Make sure you're **not in airplane mode.**

   - To turn on and **off Bluetooth,** go to **Start**, then **Settings** > **Devices** > B**luetooth & other devices.** Turn Bluetooth off for a few seconds, then on again.
   - Remove and then **re-add the Bluetooth device**: Choose **Start**, then **Settings** > **Devices** > **Bluetooth** and other devices. Select the device you're having trouble connecting to under Bluetooth, then Remove **device > Yes.**
