You may import images from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac using the Photos software. \

1. **Using a USB cord,** connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac.
2. On your computer, **open the Photos app.**
3. The Photographs app displays an Import screen with all of your connected device's photos and movies. If you don't see the Import page right away, **click the device's name in the Photos sidebar.**
4. If prompted, **enter your passcode** to open your iOS or iPadOS device. Tap Trust to continue if you receive a popup on your iOS or iPadOS device requesting you to Trust This Computer.
5. **Choose where you want your photographs to be imported**. You can pick an existing album or create a new one next to 'Import to.'
6. **Import Selected** or Import All New Photos after selecting the photos you wish to import.
7. **Wait for the procedure** to complete before removing your device from your Mac.
