**“Ignited Minds: Unleashing the Power within India”** is a book written by **Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam.** He was the **[President](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/49777/who-is-the-dalit-president-of-india) of India** from **2002-2007,** and a great Scientist and a Patriot. Dr. Abdul Kalam was also known as the **“Missile Man of India”**.

He dedicated the book Ignited Minds to an Intermediate School child, named **Snehal Kakkar**. He met Snehal at a school named **Anandalaya in Anand, Gujarat**; under **Anandalaya Education Society**. Dr. Kalam was at the school to meet the students and there he came across a question **“Who is our enemy?”** In response to this question, he comes with a number of answers, but the answer on which everyone agreed came from this girl Snehal Kakkar.
