This claim has re-generated the issue of saying NDA a corruption-free party or working. Further, he said that his charges were not politically motivated whereas, the Prime Minister approved the actions of his Ministers. In contrast to his claims, **the UPA government in its defense accused Baijal in the 2G Spectrum Allocation Case.** All these accusations and the blame game between the UPA and Mr. Pradeep Baijal, has given the new ammunition to the BJP Government so that they can again attack the UPA government with these allegations. **Pradeep Baijal appointed as the third Chairman of TRAI in 2003, and at that time the telecom sector was in huge crisis**. After various resistance and establishing an appropriate business, he fought for the reform in the personal cost.
