**“Unaccustomed Earth” is written by ‘Nilanjana Sudeshna Lahiri’ famously known as “Jhumpa Lahiri” and the book is a collection of Short Stories. The book was published in the year 2008**. It is a collection of eight small stories, which explore the secrets at the heart of family life.

‘Unaccustomed Earth’ is preceded by the novel “The Namesake” and followed by “The Lowland”.
