P. Yadav illustrated the rich history and heritage of Munger district**. As well as, he also explained the geographical and demographic feature of the district, during the days of Independence of India the administration has been described, and the various modern day’s challenges have been taken forward through his writing. In his lifetime, D. P. While addressing the book release ceremony the then President Pranab Mukherjee, remembered his longtime association with Late D. P. He was one of the very active Parliamentarian. **He played the major role in the development of the ‘Panchayati Raj Act**’. Mr. Yadav’s work was majorly focused on Rural Development, Agro-Forestry work, and Waste Land Development.
