**Vibration/shaking is annoying and sometimes it often occurs throughout the day. These type of vibration and shake ruins the whole day as it pains like hell.** Well according to health experts an individual experiences these sort of painful vibration and shake mostly because of two reasons which are:

Stress is general for a person and one can’t ignore as a person goes through a lot of stuff in his life. **So if you are capable eradicating down your stress this sort of problem is never going to effects you.**
