The national shooting championship was held from **11th to 31st December 2017** at the **National Games shooting range** in **Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala**. The event was organized by the **National Rifle Association of India**. Anisa shot a score of **33** in the finals for the gold medal. **Shital Shivaji Thorat** from **Maharashtra** won the **silver medal** with a score of **30** while **Rani Sarnobat** bagged the **bronze medal** with a score of **28**.
