**The ‘Liaquat-Nehru Pact’ is also known as ‘Delhi Pact’ and was signed on April 8, 1950**. The pact was a type of Mutual [Understanding](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/39151/india-has-signed-a-tripartite-memorandum-of-understanding-mou-with-which-countries-for-civil-nuclear-cooperation) for the protection of [Human Rights](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/44594/the-united-nations-human-rights-council-has-granted-which-country-a-two-year-extension-to-probe-into-the-alleged-war-crimes-committed-during-civil-war).
