## Overview

The Rule of law for any nation is a special feature of the constitution and in simple words, this means that no person is above the law and the legislative body. And the presence of such feature in almost every nation and has an ancient aspect of the doctrine. In the United Kingdom, the laws and principles are used to be in the boot of the king but, at the time of the present time they have included the Rule of Law as a special feature of their constitution and hence it became compulsive. \

## Postulates of Rule of Law

The Book Law and Constitution’ has the words about the Rule of law that has been written by the writer and Professor A.V Dicey has developed the concept of Rule of law. And also the professor revealed the main postulates to achieve the Supremacy of law. \

## Supremacy of law

This is the first postulate and which simply means that every person should be equally governed by the same law. And there should be a comprehensive arbitration and discretion power. \

## Equality before law

The second principle of Professor A.V Dicey, equality before the law is a must act and every person should be governed by the same law of the courts.

The predominance is a crucial feature and the doctrine to prevail the Rule of Law in the Constitution became the crucial part of it. \
