**February 11 is the birth anniversary of great Unani researcher ‘Hakim Ajmal Khan’**. Every year his birthday is celebrated as the National Unani Day. Hakim Ajmal Khan was not only an Unani Physician, but an all-rounder genius, [freedom fighter](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/48892/what-is-the-main-role-of-c-rajagopalachari-in-india-s-independence), educationist, and the founder of Scientific Research in Unani Medicine. The make the special day and the 150th anniversary, the Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine (CCRUM).
