As the news of his death due to the Cardiac Arrest was officially announced by his family member. Initially, he suffered from a massive Heart Attack and was admitted to the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Hospital in Aligarh. He **completed his college and Master’s Degree from the Aligarh Muslim University**. Then, in **1980, he was elected for the Vidhan Sabha from Aligarh Constituency.** He was considered as the close member with Mulayam Singh which helped him to be elected two times for the Vidhan Parishad. In **1990, he became the Minority Committee Chairman of Uttar Pradesh**. As well as, he has been the member of the Samajwadi Party Central Committee for about two decades.
