## Preamble:

The beginning declaration that outlines the beliefs and targets of the Constitution.

**Parts:**

The [Constitution](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/38103/what-are-the-political-ideals-according-to-the-preamble-india-seeks-to-secure) is divided into 25 elements that address diverse factors of governance, rights, and duties. Some important parts consist of:\
Part I: The Union and its Territory\
Part III: Fundamental Rights\
Part IV: Directive Principles of State Policy\
Part XI: Relations between the Union and the States

**Articles:**

The Constitution comprises a total of 470 articles (as of my remaining knowledge replace), each coping with specific provisions. Some exquisite articles consist of:\
Article 1: Name and territory of the Union\
Article 12: Definition of the State\
Article 14: Right to equality\
Article 19: Protection of sure rights concerning freedom of speech, etc.\
Article 21: Protection of existence and personal liberty

Part IV of the Constitution consists of the Directive Principles of State Policy (Article 36-51), which can be suggestions for the government to set up social and economic justice.

**Fundamental Rights:**

Part III of the Constitution (Article 12-35) affords for Fundamental Rights, which might be critical for the development of the character and the state.

**Federal Structure:**

The Constitution affords for a federal structure with a department of powers among the Union and the States. Articles 1 and 1A outline the territory of India.

**Emergency Provisions:**

The Constitution contains provisions (Articles 352-360) for the declaration of a state of emergency in case of warfare, outside aggression, or armed riot.
