1. Long working hours, depending on the season and occasions the work shits can stretch to double of the regular 9hrs. \
2. Being on your feet and stand upright/running around.It depends on the department you work in , housekeeping and food n beverage can become physically draining. \
3. Need to be lively and smiling all the time, front-end jobs involve guest interactions hence you're expected to be presentable all the time regardless, however, you're feeling personal. \
4. Struggle in initial years, not every hotel management graduate lands as a management trainee. However good hotel chains give you ample opportunity to grow if you're a performer! \
5.Low basic pay as compared to many other entry-level jobs. \
6. Travel around places for better opportunities, you can't stick around the hometown and expect to get all the exposure. \
