**Salesforce extremely supports digital marketing**, to understand it, you first need to know about the Salesforce marketing cloud because **marketing cloud allows us to talk individually with the customer** and also creates the one to one relationship like we have in stores.\

Now, clear your confusion that the **digital marketing is a type of online marketing**. It means its main activities are **Email campaigns** and **paid advertisements** among the others. Salesforce CRM is much more than digital marketing.\
Or in the other word we can say that **Salesforce supports digital marketing** through its **marketing cloud** among other cloud services, and provides many more services. So please eliminate your confusion between the two.\
