**Well, yeah I will definitely stop following that particular page or people who will make me unhappy from social media as there is no point in following or having a friendship with whom you are not comfortable with.** Unfollowing **will be the best possible option to deal with such things as it will help you not see them anymore next time you make a visit to any of your social media platforms.** And even when you unfollow a particular page you will no longer see posts from such pages which are not relevant to you. \
