He was also was recognized by **Lokmanya Tilak**, who was born on **23rd of July 1856** with a name **Keshav Gangadhar Tilak** who was a teacher, lawyer, social reformer, independence activist and Indian Nationalist who been the first leader of the Indian Independence Movement. Being conferred with the name as ‘**Lokmanya**’ which meant “**Accepted by the People as their Leader!**”

He is also been one of the robust advocates of Swaraj also a strong reformist in Indian Consciousness. He got famous by his Marathi saying, “**???????? ?? ???? ????????? ???? ??? ??? ?? ?? ????????**” which meant, “**Swarajya is my birthright and I shall have it!**” while been in India.

**Bal Gangadhar Tilak** had joined Congress in **1890**. **Valentine Chirol** called him “**Father of Indian Unrest**”, who was the first to demanded complete “**Swarajya**”.
