**Intel** was established in **Mountain View**, **California** in the of **1968** by G**ordon E. Moore** (of "Moore's law" distinction), a scientific expert, and **Robert Noyce**, a physicist, and co-designer of the integrated circuit. **Arthur Rock**(investor and financial speculator) helped them discover speculators, while **Max Palevsky** was on the board at the time it started.
