The **2015 Africa Cup of Nations**, known as the **Orange Africa Cup of Nations,** **Equatorial Guinea 2015** for sponsorship reasons, was the 30th staging of the **Africa Cup of Nations**, the worldwide football title of Africa. It was composed by the **Confederation of African Football (CAF)** and was held from **17th of January until 8th of February 2015.**

The competition was at first planned to be facilitated by Morocco who later requested deferment of the occasion on account of the **Ebola infection pestilence in West Africa**; in this manner, **Morocco** was precluded as a host nation and supplanted by **Equatorial Guinea**.

The ***Ivory Coast** won the competition for their **second Africa Cup of Nations title***, overcoming **Ghana 9– 8** of every a penalty shoot-out after the last completed goalless after additional time. The **DR Congo** came third and the hosts **Equatorial Guinea fourth**, while protecting champions Nigeria did not qualify.
