**Indian shooter Anish Bhanwala** bagged a gold medal at the **ISSF Junior World Championship** in the **25m Standard Pistol class**, making a junior world record.

The past record was held by **Denis Koulakov**, who shot a **score of 574** of every a competition held in **Finland** in **2002**. Anish broke the record with a **score of 576** out of three rounds.
