[**Shortugai**](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shortugai) was a trade settlement of the Indus Valley Civilization (or Harappan Civilization) built circa 2000 BC on the Oxus River (Amu Darya) near the lapis lazuli mines in the Darqad District of northern Afghanistan. It is thought to be the Indus Valley Civilization's northernmost settlement. 'Not one of the typical traits of the Harappan cultural complex is lacking from it,' Bernard Sergent claims. \
[**Mundigak**](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mundigak) is a historical location near Kandahar, Afghanistan. It was a hub of Helmand culture during the Bronze Age. It is located 55 kilometers (34 miles) northwest of Kandahar, near Shh Maqsd, on the upper Kushk-i Nakhud River watershed.
