**There are "94" district courts in U.S.A which are also known as trial courts.** Federal court system in U.S.A has been **categorized in three different** the circuit court which are the first level of appeal, the district court (trial court) and the Supreme court of United States.

**There are 13 circuit courts 94 district court and 1 Supreme Court,** courts in the federal system works a bit different as compared to the state courts. **Civil cases are the type of cases which are been heard** in the federal courts these courts are limited to hear cases which are been authorized by **United States Constitution.** \
