**Padma Shri Award** is been ranked 4th among all the awards which are been awarded by **the Government of India** on the day of Republic.

It was instituted in the year of **1954** which later was awarded to Indian Citizen, who have contributed in the following spheres of activities which includes, Education, Literature, Sports, Social Service, Arts, Industry, Science, Public Affairs, and Medicine. It was also been awarded to some of the Non-Indian who has contributed with their remarkable work to this nation.
