The Indian State, **West Bengal** has passed a bill for **West Bengal Green University 2017** for creating an ambiance for the students in one of the universities at **Hooghly District**.

**Mr. Partha Chatterjee**, **State Education Minister** has tossed the Bill during the time when Congress boycotted the debate and opposition Left Front. Also, he quoted that West

Bengal would be the first university, zealous for the studies in Environmental. Thus, setting up two different universities like **Jhargram University** and **Purba Medinipur University** by passing on the Bills.
