The theme for the **Civil Services Day 2017**, is been themed as “**Making New India**”, which has been scheduled and was held on **20th and 21st of April** in **New Delhi**. This was revealed on 11th of **April 2017** by the **Union Minister of State for Development of North Eastern Region** (**DoNER**), **Atomic Energy and Space**, **Public Grievances**, **MoS**, **Pensions**.
