If he is a member of Lok Sabha, he must be 25 years old, and if Rajya Sabha, he must be 30 years old.** \ The [Prime Minister of India](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prime_Minister_of_India), or the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, is the leader of the Indian government's executive branch. The prime minister is **the governing member of the central government's Council of Ministers and the head of the federal cabinet**.
