**The first Chief female Chief Minister of India was Sucheta Kriplani, she served as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh from 2 October 1963 to 13 March 1967 .**

**She was born in Ambala, Haryana in Bengali Brahmo family and was an Indian freedom fighter and politician.** She **studied at Indraprashtha College and Punjab University** before becoming a **professor of constitutional history at BHU, Varanasi.** Been a great freedom fighter she kept herself **involved in Politics even after Independence of our Country.** \
