The first question which strikes in our mind is what their mistake was and we get **disheartened.** When you have an explanation the pain inside you gets digested. For an example, you hear a boy screaming with pain in a hospital and you find his parents are having a normal reaction on their faces and you ask what’s wrong with them and they say their child is having a cavity in his teeth’s so he is screaming. After that, you get a reason for his pain and it gets genuine for you.\ Similar to this if we are able to know the reason of people suffering from worse and we get capable to **rationalize disasters,** then we could live with it. We will not get dishearten on seeing people dying in pain.
