## World City Day!

The World City Day is celebrated on 31st of October as nominated by United Nations General Assembly by its resolution 68/239. This day is being celebrated to publicize push forward cooperation among countries in meeting opportunities, contributing to the sustainable urban development, the international community’s interest in global urbanization across the globe.

The theme was stated as Better City, Better Life for this day wherein every year variant sub-theme is chosen to state challenges of Urbanization emanation or popularize urbanization accomplishment.

Well, this year the theme was chosen as Innovative Governance, Open Cities to feature the urbanization role as the origin for social admittance and global expansion.
