He recently passed away on November 11, 2017, in Gyaneshwar, Kathmandu. Kirti Nidhi Bista has served as Prime Minister of Nepal from **1969 to 1970, 1971 to 1973 and 1977 to 1979** and he was also the vice-chairperson at a time when the government was led by King Gyanendra Shaha. Kirti Nidhi Bista was **born in Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal** in the year 1927.
