**Kannur**, a district of **Kerala** is famous for its **Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary (AWS)** which is been spread across the area of about 55 Square kilometres. It is been the habitat for many wild animals which includes, wild boar, mongoose, Hanuman langur, Nilgiri langur, Malabar giant squirrel, leopard, elephant etc.
