There are actually 3 things which are been excluded from GST (goods and service tax).

**Petroleum products** There are a variant of products which comes under the petroleum products such as **Petroleum crude, motor spirit (petrol), high-speed diesel, natural gas,** and **aviation turbine fuel** etc. which are excluded and no taxes are imposed on these products. ![What two things are excluded from GST?](https://answers.mindstick.com/questionanswer/1c44a410-48a3-4985-ae29-269181d14fcb/images/cffbb8cd-28ad-4515-aa53-6d1385839e07.png)\
**Alcohol** Alcohol **consumed** by humans have not been included in the **purview of GST i**n India at the current time. So it is been sell at the prices as it was before the implementation of GST in India. ![What two things are excluded from GST?](https://answers.mindstick.com/questionanswer/1c44a410-48a3-4985-ae29-269181d14fcb/images/65a9273b-1923-47e8-818a-d1f59c68d7e5.png)\
**Electricity** Electricity is the last thing which was put **aside under purview** of GST. So articles also don’t fall under the category under which GST is imposed. ![What two things are excluded from GST?](https://answers.mindstick.com/questionanswer/1c44a410-48a3-4985-ae29-269181d14fcb/images/58a97ece-1dd2-4933-aabb-c39386445121.png)\
