# Why Does LinkedIn Keep Asking Me to Verify My Identity?

LinkedIn has started asking me to verify my identity almost every time I sign in, even when I use the same laptop and home network. The prompt goes away after I complete the check, but it returns a few days later.

Could this be related to my browser settings, travel, or a recent account change? I’m curious whether others have dealt with repeated **LinkedIn identity verification** and what details helped narrow down the cause.
