# Why Can Someone Have Facebook Page Access but Still Be Unable to Publish?

I help manage a small organization’s Facebook Page. One volunteer can see the Page in their account and appears to have access, but Meta Business Suite won’t let them create or publish a post. Other people on the team can publish normally.

Could this be a difference between having access to the Page and being assigned the right publishing task? I’m also wondering whether the invitation might have been accepted under a different Facebook profile, or whether a restriction on the account could affect posting.

What should we check first in the Page’s access settings before removing and inviting the person again?
