# Why Do My Scheduled Posts on X Get Less Reach Than Posts I Publish Manually?

I’ve noticed a pattern on my X account: posts I publish manually tend to get more impressions than similar posts queued through X scheduling tools. The difference isn’t huge every time, but it’s happened often enough that I’m wondering whether I’m comparing the wrong things.

Has anyone tested this while keeping the format, posting time, and topic roughly consistent? I’d also be interested to know whether the scheduling method matters, or whether small differences in timing and early replies are more likely to explain it.
