# Why Do Claude and Grok Sometimes Disagree About the Same Article?

I tried asking Claude and Grok to summarize the same news article, and they disagreed about what the main point was. Neither response looked obviously made up, but one left out a detail that seemed central to me.

When this happens, is it usually a difference in how the models interpret the article, or can their browsing and source versions differ too? I’m especially curious about how people check a **breaking-news summary** when the underlying story is still changing.
