# How Should an Online Store Handle Pagination Across Thousands of Product Pages?

I’m working on an online store with a large catalog, and some categories span dozens of pages. I’m unsure how to make those product category pages easy for both shoppers and search engines to navigate.

Should every page in a category be crawlable and linked in sequence, or is there a better approach for very deep catalogs? I’d also be interested in how people handle pagination when filters and sorting options create many possible URLs.
