# How Does Serve Order Work in a Tennis Tiebreak?

I understand that players switch ends during a tennis tiebreak, but I still get confused about who serves next—especially when the score gets long and the players change sides.

Could someone explain the serve rotation in a standard tiebreak, including who serves the first point and how many points each player serves after that? I’m looking for the rule itself, not the special formats used in some tournaments.
