# After a Domain Change, How Can I Tell Whether Google Has Processed the Move?

We recently moved a website to a new domain and submitted the change in Search Console. Some pages are appearing under the new address, but rankings and impressions are uneven so far.

What signals should I check to work out whether Google has processed the **domain migration** properly? I’m especially interested in how to distinguish a normal transition period from a missed redirect, indexing issue, or other migration problem.
