# Why Can I Manage a Facebook Page in Business Suite but Not Switch Into It?

I help manage a local business’s Facebook Page. In Meta Business Suite, I can publish posts and respond to messages, but the Page does not appear when I try to switch profiles on Facebook.

The owner says they have already given me access. Before asking them to remove and invite me again, I want to understand whether **Facebook Page access** and **task access in Meta Business Suite** are different permissions.

- Which type of access lets someone switch into the Page on Facebook?
- Can the owner check my access level without sharing their login?
- If I only need to publish content and moderate comments, is switching into the Page actually necessary?

I would prefer to keep the permissions limited to what my work requires rather than request full control just to make the Page appear.
