# Why Is a Page Crawled but Not Indexed When It Isn’t a Duplicate?

Search Console reports that one of my pages was crawled but is currently not indexed. It isn’t a copy of another page, and it answers a question that doesn’t seem to be covered elsewhere on the site.

What should I investigate next? I’m trying to understand whether this status usually points to content quality, internal linking, technical signals, or something else. If you’ve diagnosed **crawled but not indexed** pages, which checks made the difference?
