# How Can I Tell Whether LinkedIn Newsletter Subscribers Are Actually Reading Each Issue?

I can see how many people subscribe to our LinkedIn newsletter, but I’m not sure that number tells me whether new issues are reaching or engaging them. The available **newsletter engagement metrics** seem limited compared with a mailing list dashboard.

How do you assess **LinkedIn newsletter analytics** beyond the headline subscriber count? I’m especially interested in whether there’s a reliable way to distinguish people who receive a notification from people who actually open and read an issue.
