# Can a Smartwatch’s Irregular-Rhythm Alert Matter If I Feel Completely Fine?

My watch recently showed an irregular-rhythm notification, but I haven’t noticed palpitations, dizziness, or anything unusual. I know a wearable isn’t a diagnosis, so I’m unsure how seriously to take a one-off alert.
